Ministerial Decision 1348

Ministerial Decision 1348/16.01.2004 determines the requirements for the observance of the guidelines regarding the good practice of storage and distribution of medical technological products.

The companies which are active in the distribution of medical devices in Greece are obliged to comply with the requirements of the Ministerial Decision 1348 / 2004.

Obtaining a Certificate of Conformity, in accordance with the requirements of the Ministerial Decision, is a precondition for the legal operation of any company engaged in the marketing, distribution and technical support of medical devices.
